FREE Delivery and Set-Up

A product delivery and set-up from other companies typically ranges from $25 - $50! That is not true with National TV; we never charge you a delivery or set-up fee for a VIP member.

Early Bird Specials and Sneak Previews

National TV VIP Plus members will have the opportunity to preview new products that are released throughout the year so you can be the first one on your block with the “latest and greatest” merchandise. Ask your National TV store manager about the VIP Plus Special Pricing on these new releases.

120 Days Same as Cash

You have the option to pay o your merchandise in the first 120 days of the rental period and save on the overall cost of the product. This benefit gives you the opportunity to buy our products at “retail prices.” Ask your store manager for details. A Leader in Customer Service- You are our No. 1 priority at National TV and Sales. Servicing our customers is our trademark. That is why many of our customers are repeat National TV customers.

90 Day Grace Period

Members receive a 90 day grace period if club is added after rental agreement is opened


Accident Forgiveness

Members will be eligible to receive accident protection on rental merchandise through an Accident Forgiveness Benet. This benefit allows members a significant discount for product repair due to accidental damage to rented products.
Should a qualifying rental merchandise become accidently damaged, National TV will waive liability of damage to the merchandise for 20% copayment of the repair invoice or replacement charge.

EXCLUSIONS

This program does not apply to and provides no benefit for:
• Damage intentionally caused by the renter, members of renter’s family or guests of renter.
• Damage caused by neglect or improper maintenance of the rental merchandise.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by manufacturer’s defect.
• Preexisting damage as described on the Client Acknowledgement Form (i.e. C.O.D.) signed at the time of the Agreement.
• Damage or loss to Paid O or Purchased merchandise.

LIMITATIONS

• VIP membership must be in good standing.
• Copayment must be received in advance in order to receive repair, loaner service or exchange for this benefit.
• Repairs may be fulfilled with new or remanufactured replacement parts at National TV’s discretion.
• Damaged items may be exchanged rather than repaired, at National TV’s discretion, with similar or like item of equal fair market value.
• A maximum of two Accident Forgiveness requests may be submitted within any consecutive 12 months, with a maximum repair costs equal to Fair Market Value for each request.
• Management reserves the right to discontinue this benefit at any time with or without notice.
• All repairs must be performed by the National TV service center or an approved vendor designated by National TV.
• Only products on a current rental agreement with National TV will be covered under this benefit. Products purchased or paid off from National TV will not be covered under the Accident Forgiveness program.
• Accident Forgiveness does not apply to product covered under the Paid Out Service Plan offered as a benefit of the VIP program.


CREDIT-BUILDING PROGRAM

Customers can now report their on time RTO payments as a way to build credit. They can record any bill that they pay on a consistent basis such as water, power, cell, rent, etc. Please visit: www.ptscredit.com to sign up. If you need any assistance with the sign-up process, call (706)602-0597 and a PTS Representative can help you get started. The program uses the old school grading system of ABC. Members can go back as far as two years to record information, so if you have been a good paying customer for six months they can report that. eCredable has a marketplace of lenders already established so that the member will have a place in which you know you can use your AMP credit report. Remember, the AMP Credit report can be taken to creditors outside of the marketplace to help you prove their credit-worthiness as well.


ELEVATE PREPAID VISA(R) CARD

Members can apply for a Prepaid VISA Card. The card will be made available to the member by contacting PTS Club Membership. A member must be 18 year or older to register for this card. A member must also be prepared to give legal name, address, birthday, gender, phone numbers, email, and social security number. If the member’s identity can be verified from the data input on the website, a card will mailed to the home address. The ELEVATE Prepaid VISA Card is issued by Sunrise Bank, N.A. pursuant to a license by VISA U.S.A., Inc. This card may be used everywhere VISA debit cards are accepted. EMERGENCY TRAVEL EXPENSE

If member is more than 100 miles from home and his/her automobile becomes disabled, Club will reimburse member up to $300 in actual expenses of continuing their journey by car rental or commercial transportation and/or room and board while waiting on auto repairs. If master member and associate member are traveling together this benefit is limited to $300. If disabling event occurs where member is temporarily employed, benefit is limited to transportation expense only.

This card is to be presented to member at the time of rental contract, it is a pre-activated card that can be used at over 54,000 national pharmacies. This card is not insurance, but it can provide members with an average savings of 32-35% of usual and customary pricing and savings as high as 75% on some medications. The discount card is designed as a stand-alone benefit program but it may also be used as a supplement for insured prescription plans to cover nonformulary prescriptions. It can also be used as a Medicare Part D supplement by covering drugs once participants reach the point in the Medicare Program where drugs will not be reimbursed.

This benefit is NOT insurance, a health insurance policy, a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, or a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act and does not meet minimum creditable coverage requirements under applicable state law. This benefit provides discounts for certain products provided by the Card’s Network providers, the provision of which varies depending on the provider - see provider for details.


AT&T 10% WIRELESS DISCOUNT

PTS Direct Benefits, LLC is proud to offer a 10% discount to AT&T Wireless customers on their base voice/data plan billing each month as long as the plan is over $30. It will take approximately two months before the discount appears on their monthly statement. Discount can be applied for online. EMERGENCY AUTOMOBILE SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT

Member calls for road service of member’s choice and Program will reimburse member up to $50. PTS Direct Benefits Program will reimburse for towing or wrecker service and service call by garage or mechanic to member’s disabled auto. Included is opening locked vehicle, ignition or garage door if member’s keys has been lost or broken. Roadside mechanical repair includes labor and service call only. Gas, parts, new keys and repairs in garage or at service station not included, except tire repair and battery charge which are limited to $15 each. Only one wrecker charge or service call per disablement. Assistance of a private citizen or services of a family member in the wrecker business is not reimbursable.

LEASE CANCELLATION BENEFIT

PTS Direct Benefits will provide a member with a lease cancellation benefit. This benefit will allow the liability on the rental agreement to be forgiven if the first person listed on the rental agreement dies if under the age of 70. If a claim is to be led, claim form is to be led out,no customer signature is required, rental and club accounts must be up-to-date and in good standings. Family of the member must provide a certified copy of the member’s death certificate at the time the claim is led.

When member goes to a PTS Financial Services Affiliate to have their tax return prepared, they will receive a credit of $20 on their tax return preparation fees. The credit will be applied to fees owed.*

CHILD FINGERPRINT ID KIT

PTS Direct Benefits will provide a member with a Child Indentation Kit that will include a fingerprint Kit. This benefit, which must be ordered from PTS Direct Benefits, will provide parents with peace-of-mind knowing that their child’s personal information is recorded in case of an emergency. A parent will be able to record personal, contact, dental and medical information. A photo of the member’s child can be attached to the paperwork.

One-Year Paid Out Product Protection

PTS Direct Benefits will provide a member with a one-year Paid Out Product Protection after the member owns the merchandise. This benefit will allow the member to have 1 year of product protection after the rental terms have been completed (paid in full) and they own the merchandise. Protection is provided against product failure and mechanical breakdown of the merchandise, not caused by external conditions. Without this benefit, any repairs required on previously rented merchandise, including home electronics, furniture, appliances and computers, would be the responsibility of the member. Members can contact their local store for service on their rental items. They must provide rental store information- address, and phone number- at the time of call.
The customer must be a club paying member for at least 6 months at the time of payout.
Protection is provided against product failure and mechanical breakdown of the merchandise, not caused by external conditions. External conditions is defined as damage, breaks, rust, any kind of bug infestation, and/ or any factors caused by neglect. This benefit only covers merchandise that is paid out while you are a club member and as long you maintain your membership (up to one year after ownership). This benefit covers repair costs (including parts and labor) of all items that were covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty (subject to some exclusions).
On Paid-in-Full claims, you will sign a claim form with up-to-date information such as name, address, and phone number.
